Laurie Yan joined Agile Advisors with more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience in public
and private companies. She started her career as an intern at KPMG Hong Kong and progressed across
companies ranging in size from pre-IPO to global Fortune 500 across international settings. She worked
exclusively in Shanghai, China for 10 years. Her industry experience is focused on biotechnology life
sciences and SaaS industries.

Laurie received her BSc and MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and is a CPA (inactive) in
California.
