Sue is the founder and CEO of Agile Advisors, bringing deep expertise in accounting, finance, and strategic advisory to growing businesses. She began her career at KPMG, where she gained foundational experience in both audit and technology consulting. Before launching Agile Advisors, Sue served as CFO of a venture capital firm specializing in high-tech and biotech investments, where she developed a strong understanding of the capital raise process and the complexities faced by early- and growth-stage companies.

At Agile Advisors, Sue leads a team of seasoned accounting professionals providing tailored financial and strategic support to small and mid-sized businesses. She has successfully guided clients through fundraises, acquisitions, and buy-side due diligence—offering not just technical expertise but a clear-eyed perspective honed through years in the field. Her client base spans technology, logistics, fulfillment, investment banking, and medical technology industries.

Sue holds a degree in accounting from Marquette University. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband and five children, staying active and is a firm believer that shopping is a sport.
