Vicki Smith is a CPA with Big 4 and IPO experience. Her specialties include grass roots startups, mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting, managing growth, IPOs, SEC filings, SPACs, RIAs, fund accounting and administration, and family offices. Vicki has worked in several industries including private equity, technology and hospitality. She is a volunteer on the Auction Committee with the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas and is a WSET Level II sommelier.
